We recognized the need to form "ministry teams" rather than have "committees" to better accomplish God's work. Following is a brief explanation of a few of these newly created "ministry teams"...
 | Adult Sunday school, adult bible studies, in-home small groups, church library, children and youth Sunday school, children's church, youth fellowship, vacation Bible school, mid-week program, nursery |
| Record church attendance, assist with new member classes, assimilation of new members, work with deacons (shut-ins or members absent from worship), Friends & Fellowship, family activities, men's and women's fellowship groups, potluck luncheons and dinners, church sponsored sports activities, funeral dinners |
| Publicize events and activities, communications (internal / external and website), evangelism and community awareness, program for welcoming and follow-up with visitors |
| Provide vibrant / exciting / spirit-filled worship, sanctuary maintenance/ set-up / decorations, ushers acolytes, communion servers, etc. |
| Hands-on mission work in the community, beyond the community (national or international in scope), fund-raising for mission projects |
